Volume 1 was originally published by the American Society of Civil Engineers as part 3 of its Proceedings for May 1928. Volume 2 was originally issued June 1931 in Denver, Colo., in mimeographed manuscript form (in a limited number of copies) with the cooperation of the U. S. Bureau of Reclamation; it was published in May 1934 in volume form, varityped, in a style uniform with that of the other volumes. Volume 3 varityped, was published May 1933. |
