Abstract:	An investigation of scintillations in ground-level cosmic ray muons has been conducted using a muon telescope constructed at Texas A&M University. The power density spectrum of the muon counting rate was calculated and the resultant slope of -1.36 is in excellent agreement with accepted theory.
