Abstract:The primary objective of this research is the development of a series of computer simulation models which will demonstrate the feasibility of using simulation techniques to assist management in strategic planning. The determination of challenging, yet realistic, corporate objectives and the evaluation of strategies designed to meet these objectives is becoming a more complex task with each passing year.
