Abstract:	In this dissertation we have considered triplets of polynomials with real coefficients and of the same degree whose coefficients are related in a certain algebraic manner. Properties of this algebraic relationship and its independence upon certain geometric parameters on polynomials with prescribed zeros along various circular paths have been found.
