| Abstract: | Reclamation processes of a layered soil were studied using different compositions and concentrations of electrolyte water. Three units of soil with a fine sandy loam topsoil and a sandy clay subsoil were used to evaluate this reclamation method by continuously supplying tap water or electrolyte waters. Three different sodium adsorption ratio (SAR) values, namely, 10, 20, and 40 were used, and SAR levels were fixed for each unit. Treatments consisted of increasing and then decreasing concentrations of electrolyte waters. In the increasing concentration phase of treatments, tap water, 100, 200, 300 and 480 milliequivalents per liter (me/l) of electrolyte waters and final tap water were used. .. |
