| Abstract: | The prime purpose of this study was to examine certain human factors or abilities which could affect or relate to measuring ability in machine-shop practices at the high-school level. Two additional variables, shopwork experience and shopwork achievement, were also included in the analysis for exploratory purposes. The study determined the correlation between measuring ability and each of the postulated human factors or variables. Inferences were drawn as to whether the selected variables had influenced measuring ability. ... |
