Three severall treatises concerning the truce at this present propounded : The first, laying open divers considerations and reasons, why a truce ought not to bee contracted: propounded vnto the high and mightie lords of the States Generall of the Vnited Provinces: by the right honble the commissioners and deputies of the most hon: authorized Company of West India. In their owne behalfe. The second, discusseth this question very pithily and at large, whether or no it bee lawfull to make truce with the King of Spaine, with divers fitting considerations. Lastly, here is added a remonstrance, represented to the States theyr Excellencies, in the behalfe of the King of Bohemia, which hath a respect vnto the affaires in Germanie. All truly and faithfully translated out of the Low Dutch copie.
